Short coding videos, made automatically.
auto-vid turns a programming topic into a narrated, vertical (9:16) explainer video with highlighted code and captions.
How it works
- Send a topic. The owner sends a short topic from a private chat.
- Video is generated. A script, voiceover and animated code are produced and rendered into a short video.
- Review and publish. The owner reviews the video and can choose to publish it to their own channels, such as YouTube Shorts.
Platform integrations
auto-vid only publishes when the owner explicitly chooses to publish a video, and only to accounts the owner has connected. It does not read, modify or delete any other content on those accounts.
- YouTube: uses the YouTube Data API to upload videos as Shorts to the owner's channel.
- TikTok: uses TikTok Login Kit and the Content Posting API to send videos to the owner's TikTok account, either as a draft to finish in the TikTok app or as a direct post.
