Terms of Service

Last updated: October 20, 2026

These terms govern your use of auto-vid ("the app"). By using the app or connecting an account to it, you agree to these terms.

The service

auto-vid generates short videos from topics you provide and, only when you choose, publishes them to social media accounts you have connected, such as YouTube and TikTok. The app is a personal tool and is provided free of charge.

Your accounts

You may only connect accounts that you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for the content published to your accounts and for complying with the terms of each platform, including the YouTube Terms of Service and the TikTok Terms of Service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the app to create or publish content that is unlawful, infringes the rights of others, is misleading or harmful, or violates any platform's community guidelines.

Generated content

Videos, scripts and voiceovers are generated automatically and may contain errors. Review each video before publishing it. You keep ownership of the content you publish.

Privacy

How the app handles data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Availability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. It may change, be interrupted or be discontinued at any time without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app's owner is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, content or account access, arising from your use of the app.

Termination

You can stop using the app at any time and revoke its access from your Google Account's third-party access settings or from TikTok's Settings and privacy → Security → Apps and services. Access to the app may be suspended if these terms are violated.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.
